Meet Dr. Mel and Kari, experts in pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic, and performance physical therapy. With a passion for supporting pregnant and postpartum moms, they've devoted their careers to delivering safe and effective care. Navigating the complexities of returning to fitness after childbirth can be overwhelming, but fear not! They've crafted this workshop to empower you, offering a solid foundation for reigniting your love for the sport with confidence and resilience.

One

Join us in this workshop as we address common challenges, such as Low Back & Hip Pain, Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (abdominal separation), and Incontinence (leaking urine). Come prepared with your questions—we're here to provide answers and guidance!

Two

Get ready for an engaging workshop that's anything but passive! Be prepared to move and actively participate in floor exercises. Sport your comfy workout attire, and don't forget to bring water along with a yoga mat or beach towel for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
