How Do I Get Started?

Every client starts with a FREE phone consultation with one of our amazing team members to see if you are a good fit for our clinic and make sure your issue is something we can help with. If it's a good fit, we will schedule you for your Empowered Mama Assessment where we learn about your history, find out your goals, complete a full body assessment and then design a plan specific to you. How Do I Know It's For Me?

Our goal is to help Mamas in any stage of their life: pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, not having kids, had kids a long time ago. No matter what stage you are in, we want to help you live your best life, free of physical restrictions.

Do You Take Insurance?

We are private pay clinic, meaning that we do not accept insurance and payment is due at the time of service. We chose to operate our practice this way so that we could provide you with the best care without restrictions from insurance companies. This allows us to have longer treatment sessions in a 1:1 setting with your therapist, which helps us solve your problem quicker!

What If I Don't Live In Southern California?

We do offer remote sessions via Zoom to any where in the country, or even the world! We do not want distance to prevent you from getting the help you need.

What Should I Expect On My First Day?

Wear clothes you can move well in, such as exercise clothes, and make sure we have options for easy access to body parts to be treated (sports bra, shorts, shirt that is easily removed if necessary, etc) If a pelvic floor exam is expected, don't worry about grooming, having your menstrual cycle, wearing the right underwear...Trust me- we don't mind and we've seen it all! We just want you to be comfortable for your exam.

How Much Do Your Services Cost?

Our Empowered Mama Assessment is $250 for a full 50 minute 1 on 1 session with your therapist. From there, your therapist will recommend a package or program that is right for you. We also offer financing options on a case by case basis.

Do You Accept HSA/FSA?

Yes! We provide medical services and qualify under HSA and FSA benefits.
