This is a monthly program is designed to prepare Mama the best we can for the birthing process and set her up for success in the postpartum period, while keeping her healthy, active and pain free. This Program is appropriate for pregnant mamas in any stage of pregnancy. The program includes:
2-4 visits/month (depending on plan)

Pelvic Floor Education and Exercises
Pregnancy Education
Birth & Postpartum Preparation
Body Mechanics for Pregnancy Changes

This program is a 12 visit program, designed to start in the early postpartum and help mamas with early postpartum recovery, returning to normal activities and returning to working out. If you are not in the newly postpartum phase, no sweat! If you've ever had a kid, we can help you. The program includes:

Pelvic Floor Treatment
Body Mechanics for Post-Pregnancy changes
Postural Training for Feeding
Return to Working Out/ Run

We have a variety of rehab packages that can be customized for your care. When recommending a package for you, your therapist will take into consideration how complex your current issue is, if there are other problems contributing and how long you have had this issue.
